Job Description & Summary The Opportunity Join PwC as a Senior Associate in IT Support, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. You will provide front-line technical assistance, troubleshooting software and hardware issues to facilitate seamless functioning of computer systems. Your role will involve supporting both internal and external clients, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly through various channels. In this position, you will be responsible for L2 to L4 support levels, ensuring efficient IT operations and contributing to the overall strategy of the firm.
