Das kannst du bewirken Du treibst die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Integrated Transformer Management Systems (ITM) voran und stärkst eine nachhaltige Continuous-Improvement-Kultur. Du identifizierst Verschwendung und optimierst Prozesse mithilfe bewährter Lean-Methoden und -Werkzeuge, unter anderem 5S, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Du initiierst, steuerst und moderierst Verbesserungsprojekte im Werk und stellst die nachhaltige Umsetzung der Ergebnisse sicher Du unterstützt bei strukturierten Problemlösungen und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen zur Schließung von Zielabweichungen ab Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Produktivitätspotenziale zu realisieren Du entwickelst die Lean- und Continuous-Improvement-Kompetenz der Organisation durch Trainings, Coaching und praxisnahe Begleitung weiter. Das bringst du mit Du hast dein Studium in Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen abgeschlossen Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Continuous Improvement oder Lean Management und bringst idealerweise bereits eine Qualifikation zum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt oder Lean Practitioner mit Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations-Kompetenz mit verschiedenen Ebenen einer Organisation Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und verstehst es, Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern nachhaltig umzusetzen.
