CML Sales Engineer - North Vietnam

CML SALES ENGINEER – NORTH VIETNAM Position Title CML Sales Engineer – North Vietnam Department Commercial HVAC (CML) Reports To Sales Lead – North Vietnam Dotted Line Head of CML Sales Vietnam Location Hanoi, Vietnam Job Purpose Responsible for driving sales growth of Carrier Chillers and Applied HVAC Solutions in Northern Vietnam through engagement with developers, consultants, contractors, EPCs and end users. Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and manage project opportunities from Concept, Design, Tender and Construction stages. Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders. Sales Management Achieve assigned bookings, revenue and margin targets. Prepare quotations, technical-commercial proposals and tender submissions. Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions. Project Pursuit Develop project pursuit plans and win strategies. Coordinate with Application Engineering, Service and Operations teams. Ensure smooth project handover after order booking. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular engagement with consultants, developers, contractors and end users. Conduct technical and commercial presentations. Support customer events, seminars and factory visits. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Identify strategic opportunities and project risks. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or related discipline. Experience Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience. Experience in chiller, applied HVAC, airside or MEP industry preferred. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial awareness and negotiation capability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. English communication skills.
