Clinical Study Coordinator

In this role, you will support the successful execution of clinical studies across Europe by coordinating essential clinical trial activities, maintaining study documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams around the globe. What You Will Do · Support clinical trial activities throughout the study lifecycle, including site selection, activation, execution, data collection, and closeout activities. · Coordinate study documentation and maintain Trial Master Files to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance. · Prepare study meetings, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions to support study execution. · Review and process site-related documents, study records, and clinical data for accuracy and completeness. · Manage study-related invoicing and payment tracking for participating research sites and hospitals. · Develop, update, and distribute study communications, reports, metrics, and newsletters in partnership with study teams. · Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Contract Research Organizations, and external partners to support study delivery. · Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable regulations, and company procedures while independently managing assigned responsibilities. What You Will Need Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. · Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, study coordination, or a related field. · Experience working within Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements. · Experience using electronic clinical trial systems, databases, or documentation management systems. · Professional proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting medical device clinical trials. · Experience managing Trial Master Files and essential study documentation. Experience using electronic clinical trial systems, databases, or documentation management systems. · Knowledge of arterial or venous disease areas, cardiovascular clinical research, or related therapeutic areas.
