Client Reporting, Team Lead - State Street Investment Management

Working in-line with SSIM’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements. Key Responsibilities. Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence to controls. Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision. Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation of efficiencies. Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess fast TAT Strong attention in to detail and a focus on quality of the service Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be good to have. Required Qualification: Minimum 7-8 Years of experience in investment banking and client reporting. Well versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic Understanding of Asset Management Proficiency in formatting and templating skill in Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) is an added advantage.
