Client Coverage Sales Manager - France, VP - State Street Investment Management

The Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Client Coverage professional to accelerate SSIM's growth in the French market. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with institutional and wholesale clients, expanding our distribution footprint, and driving the adoption of SSIM's investment solutions across ETFs, mutual funds and cash strategies. Working closely with colleagues across Investments, Product, ETF Capital Markets, ETF Specialists and Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering commercial success and strengthening SSIM's presence in one of Europe's most strategic markets. Key Responsibilities Drive asset growth and market share across the French institutional and wholesale markets. Build and deepen relationships with asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, insurers and pension funds. Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships. Lead RFPs, client onboarding and implementation processes to ensure seamless client experience. Partner with internal specialists to deliver relevant investment ideas and tailored client solutions. Represent SSIM in the market and enhance the firm's visibility and reputation. What We're Looking For 6+ years' experience in asset management sales or client coverage. Demonstrated success in raising assets and winning mandates in France. Strong network across institutional and wholesale investors. Deep knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds and investment markets. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills. Fluent in French and English. Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded.
