Main responsibilities: Deliver collections management services to SBS Review AR ageing reports Perform collection & dunning Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility Perform daily task of blocked order release About you Experience : Ongoing university studies (active student status) preferably in the field of finance, accounting Min. 20 -hour availability/week Organized, attention to detail, good communication skills Soft and technical skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage) Team player, able to work collaboratively with other Teams Good communication skills, Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines Attentive to details and works with precision Languages : German - advanced English - advanced Hungarian Why choose us?
