Votre priorité est de réaliser les études avant modernisation et proposer des chiffrages et des solutions conformes aux attentes du client et aux règles de sécurité Otis, en ligne avec la stratégie de l’entreprise. Au cours d'une journée types vous devrez : Réaliser les études avant modernisation des installations. Proposer des chiffrages et des solutions techniques de qualité. Veiller à la conformité des solutions proposées avec les attentes du client et les règles de sécurité Otis. Aligner les propositions avec la stratégie de la compagnie. Responsabilités Techniques Privilégier les solutions techniques internes proposées par les usines Otis. Être le référent produit et réglementation au sein de sa région. Assurer la conformité réglementaire des solutions proposées. Périmètre d’Intervention L’activité est exercée à l’échelle régionale, avec un fort niveau d’autonomie. Le Chargé d’Études & Projets collabore quotidiennement avec les équipes locales (modernisation, maintenance, travaux), les usines Otis et les services supports. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Vous disposez d’une expérience significative sur un poste similaire (expérience chantier / travaux est recommandée) Vous avez une connaissance de l’ascenseur et de l’offre standard Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique.
