Job Purpose Lead brand strategy and execution for oncology and specialty care in Morocco while working closely with medical, sales, market access, and external partners to turn insights into practical plans that improve patient care.This role offers strong opportunities to grow your commercial skills, influence patient outcomes, and contribute to GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Build and deliver brand and lifecycle plans for oncology and specialty care tailored to the Morocco market. Lead Launch readiness plans and business cases to introduce GSK pipeline in Oncology & Specialty care. Design and run integrated omnichannel campaigns for healthcare professionals and stakeholder groups. Translate market, clinician and patient insights into concrete actions that improve access and outcomes. Work cross-functionally with medical, market access, sales and agencies for aligned execution and successful launches. Equip field teams with training, materials and tools to support correct patient identification and appropriate use. Track brand performance, manage budget and report key metrics to inform decisions. Ensure compliance with GSK’s internal policies and local regulatory requirements in all marketing activities. Lead demand analysis and ensure accurate forecasting for portfolio. Drive excellence in execution, leveraging insights and innovation to optimize marketing campaigns tailored to the oncology/specialty care market. Assess quality and risks related to the business, including risk mapping and business continuity plan. This role offers a hybrid working model with regular field activity as required. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or related commercial roles. Direct experience in oncology or another specialty therapy area. Experience with product launches and lifecycle management in oncology or specialty care. Proven ability to design and deliver omnichannel campaigns and sales enablement materials. Experience working with market access, reimbursement strategies or patient support programs. Familiarity with Morocco or regional healthcare systems, hospital channels and payer pathways. Demonstrated use of data and analytics to shape marketing strategy and measure impact. Comfortable working in a matrix environment and managing external agencies. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent in French and Arabic and proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
