Boeing Global Services Senior Business Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations teams at one of the following locations : Plano, TX; Irving, TX; or Seattle, WA . This position will act as a business integrator and maintain a unified operating rhythm for the BGS Parts & Distribution Sales and Marketing function. Position Responsibilities: Duties will include (but are not limited to): Serve as a strategic advisor to the BGS Parts & Distribution Sales and Marketing functional leadership team to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence through efficient use of systems, tools, and processes Collaborate across a matrixed organization in support of overarching Sales and Marketing goals Lead the execution of the organization’s management system using Program Management Best Practices Assist completion of data calls and actions aligned to executive priorities and initiatives, and track actions to resolution Supporting and managing day-to-day operations and meetings Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility, and ever-changing environment Coordinate artifacts, presentations, and content that will be shared with senior leaders Manage and update operating tools (Salesforce, OneNote, SharePoint, file shares, Outlook, etc.) Work with BGS Business Operations to drive functional excellence Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership 3+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, Power Point and Excel 3+years of experience working with geographically dispersed teams 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and developing conclusions and recommendations 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics 5+ years of experience leading projects Experience in a role that required analytical, communication and problem solving skills Experience in a role that required business acumen and proven ability to deal with ambiguity Experience and/or the ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher preferred Experience working in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and/or Sales Anticipates customer needs and proactively takes action Drug Free Workplace (US Specific): Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
