As a System Integration Engineer focusing on autonomous mining trucks, you’ll collaborate with team members to develop new autonomous truck models and features that provide critical value to our customers. Every day you will work with your team to solve real world problems by selecting the right approach and bringing those solutions to production. What You Will Do: Own and lead system integration projects Design system architecture for autonomy systems deployed on an ecosystem of truck models Define electronic interfaces and electronic systems Manage I/O requirements for machine control hardware and other autonomy-related devices Collaborate with partner teams to create hardware solutions that meet business and technical requirements Coordinate and execute logistics to progress hardware system changes through validation environments, field trials, and into production System troubleshooting and issue resolution What You Will Have: Technical Excellence: Knowledge of and experience with autonomous or robotics technology and associated application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges. Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of product design; ability to convert market requirements into the product design. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning Considerations For Top Candidates: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in an accredited Robotics, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree Strong collaboration and organization skills. Ability to contribute to multiple complex projects, meeting timelines and deliverables Strong foundation in mathematics and engineering fundamentals System Engineering experience in autonomy, robotics, or related industries Additional Information: This position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Mossville IL office. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. Visa sponsorship is NOT available with this position. This position will require up to 10% travel #LI Summary Pay Range: $112,710.00 - $183,140.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
