Job Summary Performs routine audit support tasks following set procedures with basic problem-solving requirements. Supports audit data collection, documentation, internal client support, data management, and policy-related administrative work with guidance. Job Responsibilities Audit - Carry out simple procedural tasks that support the audit process. Data Collection and Analysis - Extract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats. Financial Risk Management - Independently handle routine risk management activities, abiding by set procedures. Client and Customer Management (Internal) - Help manage internal client relationships by carrying out simple procedural tasks. Data Management - Support others by working on a variety of data management tasks. Building Capability - Support development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities. Policy Development and Implementation - Support others by carrying out routine policy-related tasks. Consolidated Financial Reporting - Intermediate - Works at an intermediate level to manage and contribute to the consolidation of financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of disclosures across local and group-level reports that align Typically works with guidance. Analytical or scientific software - Intermediate - Applies concepts of knowledge / skill and requires guidance but not constant supervision Qualifications: A university degree in accounting or relevant professional qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation principles Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 and Blackline High-level knowledge of the R2R, P2P, and CRR processes Intermediate skills in quality-checking balance sheet reconciliations Intermediate skills in performing analytical review of the company ledger Exposure in financial statements preparation is highly preferred Excellent organization and problem-solving skills in a high-volume and fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively High degree of commitment to meet deadlines Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible & adaptable to change, self-starter Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
