La persona seleccionada dará soporte en proyectos estratégicos relacionados con la gestión del talento y el desarrollo profesional dentro de la firma. Responsabilidades Apoyo en el proceso de evaluación de profesionales : revisión, implantación de mejoras, elaboración de guías y comunicaciones. Elaboración, implantación y seguimiento de procesos y políticas xLoS . Preparación de informes y reportes , análisis y conclusiones. Implantación de iniciativas orientadas a mejorar el engagement y potenciar el desarrollo de soft skills (comunicación, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo...) Interlocución con profesionales, Business Partners y equipos globales de PwC. Mantenimiento y actualización de herramientas: Workday,business decision, reportes internos y herramientas locales . Requisitos Formación : Licenciatura en Psicología, Derecho, ADE o similar. Máster en RRHH . Experiencia : 1-3 años en departamentos de RRHH, concretamente en el área de Desarrollo. Idiomas : Inglés nivel C1. Competencias técnicas : Dominio de Microsoft Excel y paquete Office (Excel y PowerPoint). Manejo de herramientas de gestión de personas (deseable Workday). Competencias personales Trabajo en equipo. Iniciativa, proactividad y espíritu crítico. Orientación a resultados y al cliente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
