Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones y componentes de software complejos. Definir arquitecturas y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos. Realizar revisiones de código y validar diseños técnicos. Resolver problemas técnicos de alta complejidad y optimizar aplicaciones. Traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas. Liderar iniciativas de innovación, automatización y mejora continua. Brindar mentoría y soporte técnico a desarrolladores. Colaborar con arquitectos, líderes técnicos y áreas de negocio. You will be successful in this role if you have: Requisitos Formación académica (Obligatoria): Título profesional universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines. No se considerarán candidatos sin título profesional universitario. Experiencia: Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. Sólidos conocimientos en arquitectura de software, patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas. Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos o proyectos de alta complejidad. Experiencia en integración de aplicaciones y desarrollo de soluciones empresariales. Competencias Liderazgo técnico. Pensamiento analítico. Comunicación efectiva. Trabajo en equipo. Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
