Practise the Assoc, Field Svc at Carrier interview free →自社製品を導入している顧客先を訪問し、装置の設置、保守点検、トラブルシューティング、修理対応を行います。 技術的なサポートを通じて顧客の装置ダウンタイムを最小限に抑え、顧客満足度の向上と信頼関係の構築を担う重要なポジションです。 1. 導入・設置サポート 新規導入時における機器の搬入、組み立て、据え付け、および配線作業 稼働前の動作確認テストの実施 顧客に対する、基本的な操作方法や日常メンテナンスのレクチャー 2. 定期保守・予防点検 保守契約に基づく定期的な顧客訪問と、チェックリストに沿った機器点検 消耗部品の交換、各種校正（キャリブレーション）、ソフトウェアのアップデート 潜在的なトラブル要因の早期発見と予防処置 3. 緊急修理・トラブルシューティング 機器の不具合や故障発生時のオンサイト（現場）急行および原因究明 故障部品の特定、分解、交換、修理、および復旧作業 複雑な障害発生時における、本国テクニカルサポートや開発部門へのエスカレーションと連携 4. 顧客対応・管理業務 実施した作業内容に関する「サービスレポート（作業報告書）」の作成と顧客への説明 修理見積書の作成、パーツ在庫の管理、および発注業務 現場で得られた顧客の要望や製品の不具合情報を、営業や開発部門へフィードバック Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
