About the Role Carrier is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Apprentice – UAE National to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE National who is looking to start their career in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Operations within a global industry leader. As an apprentice, you will gain practical, hands-on experience while working alongside experienced Carrier professionals. You will be exposed to key areas of the supply chain and develop the skills required to build a successful long-term career with Carrier. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Operations activities. Assist with procurement and purchase order processes. Support supplier communication and order follow-up. Assist with inventory and stock management. Support logistics and delivery coordination. Assist with supply and demand planning activities. Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation. Support reporting and analysis of Supply Chain KPIs. Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, and other Carrier teams. Support process improvement and Supply Chain projects. Assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service. Use Carrier systems and tools to maintain accurate information. Take part in training and development activities throughout the apprenticeship. Qualifications & Experience UAE National. Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field . Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in developing a career in Supply Chain and Operations. Good written and spoken English . Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. Why Join Carrier?
