Trata-se de uma posição com forte interface com clientes internos, liderança e prestadores de serviço, exigindo conhecimento técnico em instalações elétricas, manutenção predial e gestão de contratos. A posição é voltada para profissionais com experiência em Facilities e que possuam capacidade de atuar como referência técnica, acompanhando fornecedores terceirizados e garantindo o funcionamento adequado das operações prediais. Principais responsabilidades Gerenciar contratos de manutenção predial e fornecedores terceirizados. Acompanhar a operação de manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos escritórios. Realizar gestão de sistemas de HVAC, climatização e ar-condicionado. Apoiar a gestão de instalações elétricas de baixa tensão. Analisar e interpretar projetos técnicos de infraestrutura. Avaliar demandas relacionadas a adequações elétricas e novos circuitos. Controlar orçamento, custos de contratos e aquisição de materiais. Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas e requisitos de segurança. Atuar no atendimento e suporte às demandas dos clientes internos. Interagir com stakeholders, liderança e demais áreas da organização. Requisitos Graduação completa em Engenharia Elétrica ou Engenharia Eletrotécnica. Sólida experiência em Facilities - manutenção predial e infraestrutura corporativa. Vivência com gestão de contratos e fornecedores. Experiência com instalações elétricas de baixa tensão. Conhecimento em sistemas de climatização e HVAC. Experiência em leitura e interpretação de projetos técnicos. Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido, conforme necessidade operacional da área, na região da Faria Lima. Requisitos desejáveis NR-10. NR-35. NBR 5410. Gestão orçamentária e controle de custos. Microsoft Office avançado. Power BI. #LI-DNI
