AI Product \ Project Management Lead Description - AI Product & Project Lead Job Summary This role is responsible for managing AI products and projects from opportunity identification through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. It combines product thinking, project management, and technical understanding to translate business needs into practical AI solutions. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages priorities and execution, and drives measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities Defines product vision, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with business objectives. Identifies and prioritizes AI and automation opportunities based on user needs, business value, technical feasibility, and data readiness. Translates business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. Manages scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments. Partners with engineers and architects on solution design, enterprise integrations, cloud requirements, and technical tradeoffs. Defines success measures and coordinates AI evaluation, testing, and business acceptance. Works with IT, security, and compliance teams to address data privacy, access controls, and responsible AI requirements. Leads stakeholder communication, rollout planning, user training, and adoption. Tracks product performance, user feedback, costs, and realized benefits to guide improvements. Coordinates cross-functional delivery and resolves issues to maintain progress and accountability. Education & Experience Recommended Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Typically has 7–10 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, technology delivery, or business transformation. Experience delivering AI-enabled products or enterprise automation solutions into production. Working knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and application infrastructure; hands-on technical experience is an advantage. Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management Certification AI or Cloud Platform Certification Knowledge & Skills Product Strategy and Roadmap Management Project Planning and Delivery Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Agentic Workflows Business Analysis and Process Automation Requirements Definition and Backlog Prioritization Agile Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle APIs, Enterprise Integration, and Data Fundamentals Cloud and Infrastructure Fundamentals AI Evaluation and Governance Risk, Resource, and Budget Planning Product Analytics and Benefits Measurement Cross-Org Skills Customer Centricity Strategic Thinking and Prioritization Stakeholder Management and Communication Cross-Functional Leadership and Influence Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Change Management and Resilience Impact & Scope Drives AI products and projects across business functions, improving adoption, productivity, service quality, and operational performance.
