Agile Product Owner Sr Leads

Job Description FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Agile Product Owner Sr Leads in Jacksonville, FL to lead all product owners and own the end-to-end team execution strategy from inception to production for new features functionality and enhancements. Collaborating with Product Managers to ensure the successful delivery of Zelle and Bill Pay feature functionality to the market. Utilize tools such as Jira, Visio, Microsoft Project and Aha to plan, track, and manage complex projects. Work closely with Product Manager’s to develop product roadmaps, strategies, and timelines that support the modernization of Zelle, including the complete migration of the technology stack to the AWS Cloud, in alignment with the FIS Money Movement Hub Strategy. Oversee the redesign of both upstream and downstream components, including the Zelle front-end, Zelle APIs, backend functionalities, and ACH, Paynet (real-time payment processing) integration. Interface with fraud and risk engines such as IBM Safer Payment or Sardine, to deliver a unified front-end experience for both Retail and Small Business segments. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of current Zelle and Bill Pay products by establishing detailed strategies and actionable timelines, as well as facilitating effective stakeholder engagement to communicate the product vision and define critical requirements. Provide guidance and support to Product Owners to deepen their understanding of the product vision, clarify feature functionality, and offer expert assistance during feature grooming sessions. Facilitated PI planning and review sessions with cross-functional teams to drive iterative product improvements. Prioritize product backlog items based on user feedback and organizational objectives. Responsible for maintaining “Keep the Lights On” (KTLO) and Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations within Retail Payments, which includes resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and overall project leadership. Manage end-of-life (EOL) migration activities for retail payments, addressing vulnerabilities, and ensuring all applications meet PCI compliance and uphold robust security protocols. Lead cross-functional product development teams in daily operations, upholding alignment with project goals through advanced expertise in Scaled Agile and Value Stream agile software development methodologies. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing Zelle and Bill Pay products, including comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end payment processing, customer support and dispute resolution; utilizing IBM Safer Payments payment fraud detection tools; working with payment processing including ACH, real-time payment APIs, and PCI compliance requirements; working with Agile development methodologies, including test automation and product backlog management using tools; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage large-scale system migration projects.
