Job Title: Windows Security & AI Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ Years Location: Banglore Salary: ₹12 LPA – ₹15 LPA **About the Role** We are looking for a Windows Security & AI Engineer with strong expertise in C++/Rust, Windows internals, endpoint security, browser security, and threat intelligence. The ideal candidate will work on security-focused products involving Windows endpoint protection, threat detection, system-level security, and AI-assisted security capabilities. You should have strong programming fundamentals and a deep understanding of how Windows operates at the system level, along with an interest in using AI/ML to improve cybersecurity detection and response. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain security-focused applications and components for Windows platforms. * Build high-performance security solutions using C++ and/or Rust. * Work with Windows internals, including processes, threads, memory, services, registry, drivers, and system APIs. * Develop and improve endpoint security and threat detection capabilities. * Analyze Windows malware, suspicious behavior, and attack techniques. * Work on browser security, including browser processes, extensions, network activity, and security vulnerabilities. * Integrate threat intelligence into detection and security workflows. * Develop AI-assisted capabilities for threat detection, classification, investigation, and security automation. * Research emerging Windows and browser-based attack techniques. * Collaborate with security researchers and engineering teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. * Optimize security components for performance, reliability, and low system overhead. * Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code. * Participate in security reviews, debugging, incident analysis, and technical research. **Required Skills** * Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Rust. * Strong knowledge of Windows Internals and Windows architecture. * Experience with Windows APIs, processes, threads, memory management, services, and registry. * Understanding of endpoint security / EDR / antivirus technologies. * Knowledge of browser security and browser architecture. * Strong understanding of networking and common security protocols. * Knowledge of malware analysis, threat detection, and attack techniques. * Understanding of Threat Intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK. * Familiarity with debugging and reverse-engineering tools such as WinDbg, Ghidra, IDA, or similar tools. * Familiarty with Browser security,Threat intelligence. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Good understanding of secure software development practices. **AI / Machine Learning Skills** * Understanding of AI/ML concepts relevant to cybersecurity. * Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, embeddings, or AI-based detection systems is a plus. * Ability to use AI/ML for threat classification, anomaly detection, security automation, or malware analysis. * Familiarity with Python and common ML frameworks is an advantage. **Good to Have** * Experience developing Windows drivers or kernel-level components. * Knowledge of ETW, Windows Defender, AMSI, WMI, Sysmon, or similar Windows security technologies. * Experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, or endpoint protection platforms. * Experience in vulnerability research or exploit analysis. * Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows scripting. * Experience with cloud security or security APIs. * Contributions to security research, open-source projects, CTFs, or published technical research. **What We Offer** * ₹12 LPA – ₹15 LPA compensation based on experience and technical expertise. * Opportunity to work on Windows security and AI-driven cybersecurity products. * Exposure to advanced security research and system-level engineering. * Collaborative and technically challenging work environment. * Opportunity to work with modern C++/Rust and AI technologies.
