System Engineer, Fleet Support - Fully Remote USD - South America

**This role is fully remote for Latin America based candidates.** **Fleet coverage (once fully onboarded): 2-10 pm Pacific Time** **Onboarding (3 weeks): 10am-6pm PT** You will be joining an established, high-performing engineering team based in LATAM while collaborating closely with our US-based robotics and operations teams. ## **About Glacier** Hey, we're Glacier! You will be responsible for doing root cause analysis on issues and resolve issues when possible. Additionally, you will build tooling to enable the field service team to better support the fleet and delight customers. **Your responsibilities:** - Respond to alerts generated by our system as well as issues raised by customers.
