Learn more about openigloo at www.openigloo.com ### The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing scalable ML and AI workflows and integrations, including developing AI agents to orchestrate complex task sets. As a core member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical operations of the organization alongside the tech lead, CTO, and the CEO. We are looking for someone with a passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence, strong motivation to keep up with the latest innovations in AI, and a deep understanding of best practices for building scalable and maintainable agentic systems. ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in programming / software development. - Proficiency in modern languages (Python, JS, etc.) - Strong understanding of web and mobile application architecture patterns - Strong understanding of AI workflows, agentic AI, and AI agent orchestration - Proficiency with the latest AI SaaS products such as OpenAI, CrewAI, Claude, Gemini, etc. ### Key Responsibilities **Data Handling and Preparation:** - Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality, preprocessing, and feature engineering. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines. **Model Development and Deployment:** - Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for a variety of business applications. - Deploy and monitor models in production environments, ensuring performance and reliability. **Infrastructure and Workflows:** - Design and implement infrastructure to support AI Agent workflows, including integrations with other services, orchestration of multiple agents, 3rd party integrations, etc. - Optimize existing systems for scalability and efficiency. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with backend lead, CTO, and the CEO to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders. **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies. - Advocate for best practices in ML development and infrastructure. ### Preferred Qualifications **DevOps Skills:** Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and to streamline mobile app deployment and updates. **AWS Knowledge:** Proficiency in using AWS services such as S3, ECS, and Lambda for static content management **Agile Methodologies:** Experience working within agile development teams and familiarity with agile methodologies for managing mobile app development cycles. ### Why Join Us? - Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing frameworks. - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ### About Us openigloo is a marketplace that connects renters with highly-rated landlords.
