We are also leveraging advanced AI to solve complex challenges such as automatic invoice reconciliation and procedure cost prediction—solutions with broad applicability across healthcare. As we expand into adjacent verticals, our goal is to achieve **10X growth over the next three years.** **Role Overview:** We are looking for a **Senior Full Stack Engineer (SDE 2)** with 4+ years of experience building performant, scalable, and reliable systems in product companies or startups. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and proven experience designing distributed systems to build elegant solutions for complex, real-world problems. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Build high-performance **frontend** applications using **React** * Design and develop scalable **microservices and RESTful APIs** * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers * Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions * Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code * Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * 4+ years of experience building microservices with **Node.js** * 3+ years of experience with **React/Redux** * Proven experience with **NoSQL** and **SQL** databases such as Mongo, MySQL etc. Adept in database design * Proficient in building **REST APIs** using web frameworks like **Express.js** * Knowledge of **event-driven architectures** and message brokers such as **RabbitMQ** OR **Kafka** etc * Experience working with **AWS** * Strong troubleshooting skills * Good understanding of **data structures and algorithms** * Worked with **MERN stack** **Good to Have:** * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes * Familiarity with **CI/CD tools** * Understanding of logging and monitoring tools * Open-source contributions * Experience mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews **Note**: Interviews will be conducted offline (face-to-face) at our Bangalore office located in Garudacharpalya.
