Senior Full Stack Engineer - Customer Service

We get to grow a happy, healthy company focused on making products our customers love without investors breathing down our necks. **About the Role:** Our ideal candidate is a seasoned full stack engineer with deep experience in building reliable, delightful customer experiences, and a passion for creating products that make life easier. You know how to design and maintain robust APIs, integrate with third parties, streamline a customer workflow, and track down a pernicious bug. In this role you'll work closely with both Customer Success and Engineering to identify and address common customer pain points, as well as improve the internal tools and systems used by our CS team. We're looking for someone who loves finding simple, straightforward technical solutions to complex problems. This range reflects the compensation Skylight reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, which may include experience, qualifications, skills, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
