Self-driving cars are here. Apartments should run themselves, too. That's what we're building at Hyatus: fully autonomous apartments. Think about everything it takes to keep an apartment running. Guests need help. Cleaning needs coordinating. Something breaks, someone needs to fix it, and someone else needs to make sure it actually got fixed. We want software and AI agents to coordinate the people, tools, and services behind all of that, end to end. We run real apartments, so we get to build against real problems and see whether it works. We're close. We need a great builder to help us get the rest of the way. You know backend. You've gone all in on AI. You've spent years building backend systems and cloud infrastructure. You understand APIs, databases, queues, deployments, and what happens when production gets messy. And the way you build has changed. You use coding agents constantly. You know how to split up work, give agents the right context, get them working together, and check the result. You're always experimenting with how much further you can take it. What you'll build - Agent workflows that coordinate guest service, maintenance, cleaning, and day-to-day apartment operations. - The backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure that make those workflows reliable. - Better ways to orchestrate coding agents, from an idea through testing and deployment. You'll own problems all the way through: figure out what should happen, ship it, watch it work, and fix what doesn't. That includes the unglamorous parts: retries, permissions, evals, and knowing when to bring in a human. Move fast. Use the best tools you can find. Bring ideas we haven't thought of.
