We're focused on helping people stay consistent with their health routines through a more human, conversational experience. **About the Role** We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer (6-8+ years experience) to help build the intelligence layer behind our voice companion, working closely with our founding team at an early, foundational stage. **What You'll Do** Build and improve the ML and personalization systems powering our AI voice companion Work on sensitive, high-stakes product features that require strong attention to safety and accuracy Collaborate with clinical advisors to ensure our AI behaves responsibly Help shape our AI/ML roadmap as we grow **What We're Looking For** 8+ years in AI/ML engineering with production systems shipped Strong background in NLP/conversational AI and voice systems Experience with safety-critical or regulated ML systems is a plus Comfort with early-stage ambiguity and ownership Genuine interest in health tech or human-centered AI A good optimistic attitude **What We Offer** Meaningful equity and real influence at the ground floor Direct collaboration with our clinical advisory team San Francisco-based apply: anupria@healmenow.us
