Senior AI Engineer

**About the role** You'll join a growing engineering team focused on enabling AI across **internal processes, engineering and delivery workflows, and customer-facing products**. You'll work hands-on to build AI-powered solutions that automate processes, improve engineering productivity, and solve real customer problems. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building practical AI solutions and taking ownership from development through delivery. **Location:** Hyderabad **Work Mode:** Hybrid **What you'll do** * Build AI-powered solutions across **internal process automation, engineering and delivery, and customer-facing workflows** * Identify opportunities where AI can automate processes and improve operational efficiency * Build and integrate AI capabilities into engineering and delivery workflows * Develop customer-focused AI solutions that solve real user and business problems * Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and workflows using **Python** * Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand problems and build practical solutions * Take ownership of AI projects from experimentation and development through production delivery * Evaluate new AI technologies and tools and identify where they can create meaningful impact * Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready **What we're looking for** * **5-8 years of software engineering experience** * Strong, hands-on expertise in **Python** * Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, automation, or intelligent workflows * Understanding of applying AI across **internal processes, engineering workflows, and customer-facing products** * Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and production environments * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects end to end * Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** * Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, and business teams **Who you are** * You take **ownership** and see things through from idea to delivery * You're **hands-on** and enjoy building practical AI solutions * You're a strong problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging engineering problems * You're **curious and resourceful**, and always looking to learn * You communicate clearly and work well with different teams * You enjoy building things from the ground up and seeing your work create real impact
