Mobile Engineer

We’re one of the fastest-growing bootstrapped companies in the world. **What you’ll do** * Own mobile app development end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to launch and scaling. * Build polished, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter or React Native. * Work closely with product and design to build pixel-perfect, responsive user experiences. * Rapidly prototype and ship new features, experiments, and product iterations. * Run A/B tests and use product data to improve retention, engagement, and LTV. * Integrate backend APIs, third-party SDKs, analytics, subscriptions, and payment systems. * Optimize app performance across startup time, FPS, memory usage, build size, and overall stability. * Work with Firebase, REST APIs, push notifications, local storage, and offline-first systems. * Implement clean, scalable architecture and maintain high code quality. * Debug production issues and continuously improve app reliability. * Use Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI tools to accelerate development. * Work closely with product, design, growth, and engineering teams to ship quickly. **Who we’re looking for** * 1–6 years of professional experience building mobile applications with Flutter or React Native. * Experience shipping at least one consumer-facing mobile app end-to-end. * Strong experience with Flutter/Dart or React Native/TypeScript/JavaScript. * Strong understanding of mobile architecture and scalable codebases. * Experience with modern state management such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, Zustand, or MobX. * Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization. * Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, analytics, subscriptions, or payments. * Strong understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and clean code principles. * Experience with Git and collaborative engineering workflows. * Comfortable owning features from development through production. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working 5 days a week from our Bangalore office. **Useful but not required** * Experience building high-scale consumer apps with strong retention. * Experience with growth loops, engagement funnels, and mobile analytics. * Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or Firebase Analytics. * Experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven product development. * Experience with offline-first architecture and local databases. * Experience with subscriptions, payment flows, or fintech products. * Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure. * Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP tools, or other AI-assisted development workflows. **What you get** * ₹18-22 LPA compensation, with strong performance and growth opportunities. * Build consumer apps from 0 → 1 with significant ownership. * Work across product, growth, analytics, backend integrations, and mobile infrastructure. * Direct collaboration with founders and product teams. * Small, senior team with fast decision-making. * Opportunity to work on high-growth consumer products reaching global markets. * Performance-driven environment where strong execution is rewarded. * Opportunity to grow into larger ownership as Triplespeed expands its mobile engineering function. * Lunch and Dinner sponsored through Zomato. * Free Uber pass for travel to office. * Other perks.
