MERN stack Developer

**Role Overview** We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack / AI Engineer who has experience taking products from development to production and handling them at scale. The ideal candidate should be a hustler and strong problem solver who can independently own technical challenges end-to-end — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, deployment, monitoring, and production support. We are specifically looking for someone with real-world production experience, not just theoretical knowledge or sample/personal projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications used by real users and handling meaningful traffic. * Take complete ownership of features/products end-to-end, from development to deployment and production support. * Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs. * Work extensively with Node.js for backend development. * Develop mobile applications using React Native. * Build and integrate AI Agents / AI-powered features into production applications. * Understand and work within real-world engineering constraints such as scalability, performance, latency, reliability, security, and cost. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. * Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks. * Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Take ownership of deployment, release management, and production readiness. * Make pragmatic engineering decisions based on product requirements and real-world constraints. **Required Technical Skills** * Node.js – Strong hands-on experience * React Native – Strong hands-on experience * AI Agents / LLM-based application development * REST APIs / backend architecture * Database design and optimization * Cloud deployment and production environments * Git and CI/CD * Debugging and performance optimization * Understanding of scalable and reliable system architecture **What We Are Looking For** * Proven experience shipping applications to production. * Experience working on applications with real user traffic and scale. * Strong understanding of backend systems and production environments. * Ability to handle the complete lifecycle: Development → Deployment → Monitoring → Production Support. * Strong understanding of the practical constraints involved in building AI-powered products. * Someone who can work independently, take ownership, and solve problems without constant supervision. * A builder/hustler mindset with a bias toward execution.
