Here's the number that should interest you: our customer acquisition cost is $35 and we have never spent a dollar on paid acquisition. Every customer we have came from the product working and somebody telling somebody else. We also have 77 school deployments that aren't paying and nobody working on them. That is an enormous amount of free money sitting on the table because there is no growth function. There is me, and I'm doing eleven other things. What you'd own Demand. All of it. Content, channels, the funnel from a stranger seeing us to a school booking a demo, and the 77 deployments we've never tried to convert. You decide the strategy. There's no marketing plan for you to execute because there isn't one. Cofounder track, honestly It means this: you start on commission and a small equity grant. At 90 days we sit down and look at what happened. If you've moved the number, we restructure to real cofounder equity and the title that goes with it. If you haven't, we part as friends and you keep what vested. I'm not going to hand cofounder equity to someone I've known for three weeks and neither would you. But the path is real and it's short. What you get 10% of first-year contract value on every school or district you source that closes. An initial equity grant on a four year vest with a one year cliff, revisited at 90 days.
