Graduate Forward Deployed AI Engineer

AiCore helps ambitious organisations move AI from experimentation to execution. That means redesigning real workflows, building practical automations and agents, and helping teams become genuinely AI-capable. The AiCore Academy is how we grow our Forward-Deployed Engineers. We hire smart graduates who are already building with AI, train them alongside our experienced AI engineers, and then put them in front of enterprise clients to deliver real AI transformation. You won't spend years in the background. You'll learn fast, with real support, and then do the work: building automations with client teams, running hands-on sessions and helping people use AI in their day-to-day jobs. We're looking for graduates who can build, explain and bring people with them. You don't need years of client experience. You do need genuine hands-on AI curiosity and the confidence to work with people who aren't technical. **How the Academy works** - Learn: structured training with AiCore's AI experts across LLMs, agents, automation tools, workflow redesign and client delivery. - Shadow: join live client programmes alongside experienced FDEs to see how delivery works in practice. - Deliver: take on your own client work, building automations, coaching learners and running sessions, with ongoing support from the team. **What you'll do** - Help redesign real client workflows into AI-enabled ways of working. - Coach and support clients one-to-one, from technical teams to people using AI for the first time. - Run practical, hands-on sessions that turn AI awareness into real adoption. - Help track the progress clients make, from client outcomes to business results. - Keep up with new models, tools and techniques, and bring what's newly possible into client work. **What success looks like** - You get up to speed quickly and are confidently delivering client work after the Academy. - Client teams can do AI-enabled work they couldn't do before. - What you design is adopted, understood and used by the client, not left as a black box. - Clients rate their experience with you highly. **You'll be a great fit if you have** - A strong degree in a STEM subject (Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar) from a top uni. - Evidence of something you've personally built with AI, such as an agent, automation, LLM app or AI-enabled tool. University, personal or internship projects all count. - Real curiosity about AI, and the habit of testing new models and tools as they come out. - The ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical people. - Confidence in front of people, or a strong desire to build it. This role is client-facing. - Honesty about what you've built, including what didn't work and what you'd change. - Fluent English and the right to work in the UK. **Nice to have** - Internships or project work with real users or clients. - Tutoring, mentoring, teaching or society leadership experience. - AI certifications (for example DeepLearning.AI or Anthropic courses). **What you'll get** - Structured training from experienced AI engineers - Real client delivery early in your career - Competitive graduate salary: 40 - 80k base - Remote-first working - A front-row seat in a fast-moving AI transformation market **Why join** - Organisations no longer need generic AI awareness.
