### **GenAI Prompt Engineer ### HeartStamp • Remote • Full-Time** ***If you do not have generative image prompt experitise and experience do NOT apply for this role*** **About HeartStamp** HeartStamp is an AI-powered greeting card and invitation platform built for Millennials and Gen Z who find traditional cards cringe, generic, and emotionally hollow. Our platform lets users customize cards with AI, then either print them on demand or deliver them as interactive digital cards. Art is one of the five pillars of every HeartStamp card (Holiday, Emotion, Art, Relationship, Text), and it's the pillar that makes a card feel like nothing else on the shelf. We're looking for someone to own that pillar. **About the Role** We're hiring a GenAI Prompt Engineer to lead the visual language of our card library: the art styles, movements, and looks that show up across every card we create. This role reports directly to our CEO and works alongside our creative director. This is a full-time, fully remote position. We're looking for someone who treats generative AI models, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and the latest image generators, as their studio. You should already be building your own workflows to research styles, invent new ones, and produce work at a volume no single human hand could match without AI. We move fast and ship constantly, so we need someone who can take a concept, turn it into a fully realized, production-ready style, and keep raising the bar on both quality and range as they go. **Onboarding and Handoff** You'll be stepping into an established role with a real foundation already in place. Our current prompt engineer will train you directly on our style library, JSON prompt structures, and production pipeline, and will stay on as a consultant after the handoff. You won't be starting from a blank page, but you will be expected to take ownership quickly and push the work further. **What You'll Create** Your work spans style development, production, and workflow. At a high level: **Art Style and Creative Direction** -Draw from the full history of art movements and media (painting, illustration, animation, photography, digital art, and beyond) to build new looks for HeartStamp cards- -Combine styles that don't normally get combined, creating original looks that are ours and ours alone Develop new art styles built specifically to resonate with Gen Z, grounded in what's actually trending in their feeds and communities, not what we assume they like Keep expanding our style library so our card art never goes stale or repeats itself. We have a creative staff to support. **Production at Scale** Write and structure image prompts in JSON so they can be generated, stored, and reused at scale across our card library Build prompt sets and templates that let us produce large batches of on-style card designs without starting from scratch each time Work with our GenAI Orchestrator (the internal system that routes render requests to our supported image models) to get new styles into production **AI-Native Workflow Development** Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other LLMs to design and refine art styles, not just to generate one-off images Build and improve your own workflows and tooling to automate the repetitive parts of prompt writing and style development Track the newest image generation models, including GPT-Image-2.5, xAI's Imagine, and Nano Banana, and fold what's useful into our production pipeline **What We're Looking For** **Must-Have** -A strong portfolio showing command of a wide range of art styles and movements, and the ability to combine them into something new -A demonstrated ability to create original art styles, particularly ones that resonate with Gen Z -A genuine, current understanding of Gen Z culture: the visual trends, aesthetics, and social media movements they respond to, and why -Comfort using LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini as creative tools, to develop new art styles and automate parts of your own workflow, not just to write one-off prompts -Experience working with JSON data, and the ability to write and structure image prompts in JSON format at scale -Familiarity with the newest image generation models, including GPT-Image-2.5, xAI's Imagine, and Nano Banana -Ability to produce a high volume of on-brand, high-quality art without sacrificing creative range **Nice to Have** Experience building reusable prompt libraries or style systems for a product team Experience learning an existing creative system quickly and extending it **Aesthetic Direction** HeartStamp's brand is smart, emotionally literate, and a little unhinged in the best possible way. Our card library should reflect the full range of art under the sun: watercolor, neon carnival, cyberpunk, Bauhaus, anime, character style transfers, and anything else that helps a card say exactly the right thing. We want someone who can push our style range further than it's ever gone, especially into territory that feels current and native to Gen Z rather than dated or generic.
