Gen AI Engineer

We operate from Delhi, along with certain project locations. **About the role ** We are currently seeking to hire a GenAI Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further strengthen our software engineering & delivery team. We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions. If you are self-driven, client-focused and results-oriented, we would like to welcome you to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models. * Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems. * Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies. * Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and language models for specific business use cases. * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. * Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy. * Monitor, test, and optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, and security. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. * Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices. **Required Qualifications ** * Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. * 3 years of experience in Python development and AI/ML projects. * Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures. * Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. * Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS. * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and software development best practices. * Understanding of AI model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment methodologies. * Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with team. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers). * Knowledge in Agentive AI would be added benefit. * Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs. * Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes. * Exposure to AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows. * Contributions to AI-related open-source projects or research. **What Quadcentrix has to offer ** At Quadcentrix, we operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment where innovation is constant and so is growth.
