We value strong engineering fundamentals, practical problem-solving, accountability, and people who are comfortable taking ownership from design through production. **About the Role** * We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong experience across React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI. * You will be responsible for building end-to-end product capabilities across MIRA’s borrower-facing and enterprise applications. This includes developing responsive user interfaces, backend APIs, database-driven workflows, asynchronous services, third-party integrations, authentication, and real-time functionality. * This role is best suited for an engineer who can independently take a feature from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. **What You’ll Do** * Design and develop end-to-end product features using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI. * Build responsive, reusable, accessible, and maintainable frontend components. * Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs. * Build secure multi-tenant functionality with strong organization-level data isolation. * Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access controls, and permission-driven user experiences. * Design and maintain database models, migrations, relationships, and queries using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic. * Build complex forms, validation workflows, document-management experiences, dashboards, and workflow-driven interfaces. * Manage frontend application state and API caching using Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, or comparable technologies. * Develop background-processing workflows using Redis, Celery, queues, or similar technologies. * Integrate with identity providers, document-processing platforms, mortgage systems, AI services, and other third-party APIs. * Develop webhooks, real-time notifications, WebSocket-based functionality, and event-driven workflows where required. * Implement frontend and backend logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability. * Write unit, component, integration, API, and end-to-end tests. * Review code, participate in architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering standards. * Troubleshoot production issues and complete root-cause analysis. * Collaborate with product, design, AI, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver production-ready features. **Required Qualifications** * 5+ years of professional software-development experience. * At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. * Strong experience with React and TypeScript. * Strong experience with Python and a modern backend framework, preferably FastAPI. * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser behavior. * Experience with frontend state-management and server-state technologies such as Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, React Query, or similar tools. * Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database. * Experience with SQLAlchemy, Alembic, or comparable ORM and migration technologies. * Understanding of database design, relationships, transactions, indexing, and query optimization. * Experience implementing authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure application workflows. * Experience with Git, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews. * Experience writing automated tests for frontend and backend applications. * Experience building or supporting cloud-hosted production systems. * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to independently own features from design through deployment. * Willingness and ability to work hours aligned with the U.S. Central Time zone. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with React 18, Vite, React Router, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query. * Experience with Tailwind CSS, Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress. * Experience with Redis, Celery, WebSockets, or asynchronous processing. * Experience building multi-tenant SaaS or white-label enterprise applications. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. * Experience integrating AI APIs, large language models, document intelligence, or conversational interfaces. * Experience with fintech, mortgage lending, banking, insurance, or another regulated industry. * Familiarity with Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus, or comparable observability tools. * Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy, and secure software-development practices. * Experience supporting enterprise customers and production releases. **How to Apply** * Please email your application to HR@miralabs.ai with the subject line: * Application – Full Stack Engineer – Pune * Include: * Your updated resume. * Your current location. * Your notice period and earliest available joining date. * Your current and expected compensation. * A brief description of a recent full-stack project you are proud of. * Your specific responsibilities across the frontend and backend. * Your GitHub, portfolio, or relevant code samples, where available. * Confirmation that you are comfortable working U.S. Central Time business hours.
