**Ship AI voice agents into live enterprise calling floors. From first pilot call to production, you own it.** **About Finn AI and The Role:** Finn is the enterprise voice orchestration layer. We build AI agents that handle thousands of concurrent inbound and outbound calls, reasoning through them, extracting data, and updating CRMs in real-time. Our agents run collections floors for banks, qualify inbound leads for developers, and screen candidates for staffing firms. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the point where our platform meets a real client's operation. You will be the engineer in the room: scoping the call flow with their ops head, wiring the integration, tuning the agent against real transcripts, and driving a pilot to production. If you want your code in front of customers the week you write it, you belong here. **What You Will Do:** You will design and build client-specific call flows and agent prompts, integrate Finn with client systems over APIs, webhooks, and CRMs, and run the quality loop with client ops teams by reviewing live call transcripts and shipping fixes the same day. You will join client calls alongside the founders, translate messy operational requirements into a working configuration, and feed every recurring pattern back into the core product so the next deployment is faster. **What We Are Looking For:** You must be a strong engineer who is equally comfortable in a terminal and on a call with a client's operations head. You should write production Python or Node, debug an integration without hand-holding, and be able to read a call transcript and know exactly what to change. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential, since you will be reviewing calls in both. Above all, a deep sense of ownership: a pilot that stalls is your problem to unblock. **Bonus Points and What We Offer:** It is a massive plus if you have worked in a forward deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering role at a startup, or have hands-on experience with telephony platforms like Plivo or Twilio, LLM prompting and evals, or CRM APIs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or Zoho. Domain exposure to BFSI collections, real estate, or staffing is a strong signal.
