Join Superdash — Building AI Communication Infrastructure from India to the World Superdash is trusted by public sector banks, multinational companies, and unicorns alike. We’re now looking for someone to help with our sales operations both in India and internationally. The role You'll own the full cycle: find the account, get the meeting, run the demo, work the deal through procurement, and close it. There's a rough playbook from the founder-led deals, but not a repeatable one. You'll sell into two very different markets. Indian enterprise buyers and [US / Europe / Middle East] buyers have different budgets, different sales cycles, and different reasons for saying no. You'll run both. Being hire two or three instead of hire one means you won't be alone. It also means the territory, the ICP, and the pricing are still being figured out, and your results will shape all three. What you'll do - Build the target list. Research accounts that match our ICP , map the buying committee, and find the right people. - Run outbound yourself. Cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. In India, add WhatsApp, events, and warm intros to that mix. There's no SDR handing you meetings. - Run discovery and demos. Understand the problem before you show the product, then demo to what the buyer actually said. Handle technical questions or know when to pull in an engineer. - Follow up properly. Most of these deals take months. - The difference between closed and dead is usually persistence plus something useful in every touch. Close. Negotiate pricing, get through security reviews and legal redlines, handle POs and on the India side, and get signatures. - Write down what works. Call scripts, objection handling, ICP refinement, competitive battlecards, CRM hygiene, separately for each market. What we're looking for - Previous experienc closing enterprise deals. - You've built your own pipeline. Not just worked inbound or SDR-sourced leads. We'll ask for specifics. - You're actually good on the phone. Cold calling is a core part of this job, not a legacy line in the JD. Fluent English. [Hindi and one more Indian language] is a strong plus for the domestic motion. - Comfortable with ambiguity. Pricing may change, the ICP may shift, and some months you'll be building process instead of hitting a number.
