Data Senior Engineer/ Manager – Sales Intelligence

The detailed plan is ready, come read it, join hands to implement it. AI Sales LLC (Idea N Technology) builds LeadsPipe, an AI sales co-pilot for enterprise and engineering/EPC firms. The platform finds high-intent prospects, identifies the real decision-makers, surfaces the business problems inside target companies, forecasts tenders before they are announced, and helps prepare proposal sections. We are an early-stage, founder-led company serving clients in the USA, the GCC and worldwide, and we are building our first core team. The role You will build the data engine behind LeadsPipe: the pipelines that collect, clean and enrich signals on companies and contacts worldwide, so our AI models work from fresh, accurate data. What you'll do • Build and maintain pipelines that ingest signals: funding rounds, hiring, tech-stack changes, leadership moves, tenders and RFPs • Integrate enrichment and contact sources (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Lusha, public registries and tender portals) • Build contact-verification and change-monitoring jobs (Verify Contacts, Monitor Changes) • Design the data model for companies, people, signals and scores • Own data quality: deduplication, freshness, match rates and coverage reporting • Ensure data collection follows privacy law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, UAE PDPL) and source terms What you bring • 3+ years of data engineering experience • Strong SQL and Python; experience with Postgres and an orchestration tool (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect or similar) • Experience with APIs, web data collection and entity resolution • Attention to detail and pride in clean, reliable data Nice to have • Experience with B2B data vendors or CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot) • Familiarity with government tender portals in the US or GCC • Basic ML for record matching or classification What we offer • Meaningful founding-team equity (ESOP), vesting over 4 years • Remote-first, flexible hours, with overlap to UAE (GST) time • Direct mentorship from a founder with 15+ years of enterprise BD across AtkinsRéalis, Parsons and Worley • Real ownership: your work ships to paying enterprise clients How to apply Send your CV and a short description of a pipeline you built (sources, scale, how you kept it accurate) to accounts@ideantechnology.com.
