Luz Entertainment | Vadodara We’re looking for a Long-Form Video Editor to join us on a large-scale entertainment project currently in production. The edit needs to feel cinematic, immersive and highly watchable rather than like a conventional event video. Think strong storytelling, tension, humour, pacing, personality and polished visual language. What you'll do Edit long-form entertainment / creator-led content from raw footage. Build strong narratives from large volumes of footage and multiple perspectives. Handle pacing, suspense, comedy, reactions, transitions and story beats. Integrate graphics, sound design, music, subtitles and motion elements where required. Work closely with the creative/production team through multiple stages of the edit. Maintain a consistent visual identity across the project. What we're looking for Strong experience editing YouTube, entertainment, reality, gaming or creator-led content. Excellent understanding of pacing and storytelling. Strong sense of music, sound design and visual rhythm. Comfortable handling large amounts of footage and organising complex edits. Premiere Pro required. After Effects / other motion tools are a plus. Ability to work quickly and handle tight deadlines. The kind of editor we want Someone who can take hours of raw footage and turn it into something people genuinely want to keep watching. You should understand when to let a moment breathe, when to cut aggressively, when to build tension and when to let the chaos speak for itself. Key Responsibilities Organise and edit 200GB+ of raw footage across multiple cameras and sources. Build a cohesive, engaging story from several hours of footage. Handle pacing, reactions, dialogue, music, sound design, graphics and transitions. Attend daily production/editing meetings and work closely with the creative team. Take feedback quickly and manage multiple iterations under tight timelines. Maintain organised project files and efficient editing workflows. Requirements Proven experience with long-form YouTube, entertainment, creator or similar content. Must be comfortable handling large projects and 200GB+ footage without workflow issues. Strong storytelling and pacing instincts. Premiere Pro required. After Effects / DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Must be available for daily meetings and regular project coordination. Able to work under tight deadlines. Potential for Continued Work This project may lead into short-form editing, creator content and other Luz Entertainment projects depending on performance and fit.
