If you want to join this mission-driven team and believe you fit the profile below, let’s talk! **The Job:** We are looking for a Content Writer to play a pivotal role in helping us grow our libraries of cyber awareness content. In this role, you will actively and consistently research, brainstorm, creatively develop and iterate Right-Hand Cybersecurity’s cyber awareness content which includes various training modules, phishing templates, and policy compliance documents. This will be a combination of technical and non-technical content but will require an ability to convert cybersecurity information into a format anyone can understand. **Responsibilities:** As a Content Writer, you will be doing the following: * Research various types of cybersecurity attacks and breach headlines. Stay updated with the current cyber threat landscape. * Brainstorm new and creative ways to educate people on the importance of proper cyber hygiene. * Use simple and creative methods to be a storyteller. * Update existing training modules. * Build new training modules. * Create phishing email templates. * Become a product expert in our cyber awareness products. * Develop new ways to reduce the learning curve. * Work closely with other teams, including leadership, engineering, customer success, and marketing, to make sure the content is well-received by clients. * Apply strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and storytelling to your content at all times. **You Bring to the Table:** * 1+ years of content writing experience. * Aspiration to operate flexibly across timezones with willingness to work during US business hours and adapting schedules to accommodate US time zone collaboration as and when required. * A solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and the industry. * 1+ years working experience in the cybersecurity space is a plus. * Proficiency in Articulate 360 — Rise 360 is the primary tool, with Storyline 360 knowledge required. * Experience with AI-powered video tools such as HeyGen for content production * Comfortable leveraging AI tools for day-to-day tasks while ensuring content quality and product efficency. * Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to engage directly with customers and stakeholders. * Customer-facing experience and comfort in client-facing interactions. * A team player and someone who holds themselves accountable. * Proficient time management and prioritization skills; proven abilities in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through. * Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and drive. * Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities. **Our Benefits:** Yes, our benefits are great but we hope you want to work at RightHand because you believe in our mission to make humans more defensible against cyber threats. * Competitive Salary * Paid annual and medical leaves * Medical benefit * Flexibility in how and where you work * Generous parental leave programs * Multicultural team * Wellbeing Days * and more...
