AI/ML Engineer

**Position: AI/ML Engineer** **Experience:** 3–6 years **Location:** Bengaluru / Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full-time ### Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **AI/ML Engineer** to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. ### Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms. - Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment. - Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive modeling. - Develop AI/ML applications using **Python** and relevant ML frameworks. - Deploy models into production and monitor their performance. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams. - Perform model tuning, validation, and optimization. - Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, including **Generative AI and LLMs**. ### Required Skills - Strong programming skills in **Python**. - Hands-on experience with **Machine Learning and Deep Learning**. - Experience with **TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn**. - Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures. - Experience with **NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs** is an advantage. - Knowledge of **SQL** and data processing. - Experience with **REST APIs, Git, Docker**, and cloud platforms such as **AWS/Azure/GCP**. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. ### Preferred Skills - Experience with **LLM, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents**. - Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD. - Experience deploying ML models at scale. ### Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
