AI/ML Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years Relevant Experience ( Fresher can aslo apply but perfered candiate will be Experienced ) Location: Remote Department: Engineering / AI & Machine Learning About the Role We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our engineering team. You will work on building, improving, and integrating machine learning and AI solutions into real-world products. The role is suitable for engineers who have a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical experience working with data, models, APIs, and production applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain machine learning and AI-based solutions. Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for model development. Train, evaluate, and improve machine learning models. Work with structured and unstructured data. Integrate AI/ML models into applications through APIs or other suitable methods. Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other engineers. Experiment with different approaches and select suitable solutions based on business requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Stay updated with relevant developments in AI and machine learning. Job Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related engineering role. Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and common ML algorithms. Practical experience with Python and commonly used data/ML libraries. Experience working with datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature preparation. Understanding of model training, evaluation, and performance improvement. Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis. Experience working with SQL or databases. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML/AI solutions into applications. Understanding of software development practices such as Git, debugging, testing, and code documentation. Ability to understand problems, research solutions, and work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good to Have Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience working with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI. Familiarity with cloud platforms or deploying ML models. Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or AI APIs. Experience optimizing models for performance and scalability. Who Can Apply?
