Neotrix Systems is seeking skilled Agentic AI Engineers to design, develop, and implement intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems that automate complex workflows, integrate with enterprise applications, and support business operations. The role combines generative AI, software engineering, APIs, data integration, and AI orchestration to build secure, scalable, and production-ready agentic AI solutions. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems that support business and technical use cases. • Build agent workflows using LLMs, tool and function calling, APIs, and workflow orchestration. • Develop RAG solutions that enable agents to retrieve and use relevant enterprise data. • Integrate AI agents with business applications, databases, APIs, and external tools. • Design agent memory, context management, planning, and decision-making workflows. • Develop evaluation, testing, monitoring, and performance practices for agentic AI systems. • Implement appropriate guardrails, access controls, human oversight, and security measures. • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, cloud teams, security teams, and business stakeholders. • Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize agentic AI applications in development and production environments. • Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, tools, and techniques and apply them where appropriate. **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with experience developing applications, APIs, or AI solutions. • Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. • Experience with agentic AI concepts including tool calling, function calling, workflow orchestration, memory, and multi-agent systems. • Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies. • Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools. • Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop practices. • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Join Our Talent Network** Neotrix Systems welcomes applications from experienced Agentic AI Engineers interested in contributing to innovative technology initiatives.
