Team The ServiceNow Release Management team within our Digital Technology Operations department is a group of talented and energetic individuals. The team works closely with application developers, product owners, internal users/employees, and other stakeholders to maintain the health of critical ServiceNow platforms and related systems. Role We are seeking an engineer to execute platform administration responsibilities across ServiceNow and SAP. Core objectives are supporting internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and fulfilling requests with a high level of service and continuous improvement. The role also covers upgrades, deployments, and governance of sub-production environments. It extends beyond daily administration to maturing release and instance management through automation, an instance inventory tracker, and Digital Product Release. This person will also design technical debt remediation workflows and a standard controls framework for use across all platforms, including SAP, covering Separation of Duties controls. What you get to do in this role: Manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments including necessary configurations and integrations, and application admin activities. Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and possible solutions in a timely and accurate manner. Assists in troubleshooting integration, and user management issues by digging into application and system logs Develops procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes. Engage with product engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues and any planned activities Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues. Develop and share best practices for Admin operations and enhancements based on lessons learned Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required including participating in on-call coverage for the team. To be successful in the role, your will have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 3+ years of IT industry experience. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms ServiceNow platform administration experience preferred. Working knowledge of SAP administration. Experience supporting/administering other enterprise platforms and technologies is an advantage. Experience working with application logs, prefer experience using Splunk Good understanding of ITIL framework or experience working in an ITIL-based environment For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $149,800 - $262,200 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
