Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product. Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout. Design and develop release documentation for product updates and feature release information. Participate in usability studies with the product design team to ensure product terminology and UI instructions are making the product easy to use. Co-own MindTickle Academy with marketing team which would have courses, tips and tricks on how to create great online courses. Flawless written communication skill Ability to explain the most complex of thing through simple instructions. 1-4 year experience in creating content in form of articles and instructional videos. Hands on with content creation tools like MS Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate, blogging, etc. Excellent with narration, storyboarding and presentation.
