Senior Consultant - Crisis, Security, and Safety Management

As part of our Global Crisis, Security, and Safety Management Team, Corporate Security helps safeguard people, workplaces, assets, and operations through proactive risk management, preparedness, and coordinated response capabilities. Using a risk-based approach, NIQ monitors evolving threats, assesses potential impacts, and implements security measures designed to support workforce safety, operational resilience, and reliable service delivery. Corporate Security works closely with business leaders, Human Resources, Legal, Information Security, Real Estate, and Business Resiliency teams to ensure security considerations are integrated throughout the organization. In this unique Regional Security Lead role, you will support agile and confidential crisis response protocols designed to mitigate the impact of natural disasters, technological disruptions, and security-related incidents affecting NIQ’s personnel, property, and business operations—primarily in India, Asia, and the Pacific. You will implement crisis and physical security policies and training programs for our global workforce, while also supporting crisis management, physical security, and business continuity initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as third-party partners.
