As an intern in Customer Success Insights at NielsenIQ, you will: Receive comprehensive training on NielsenIQ methodologies and tools. Support our Consultants and Insights Team with data extraction, desk research, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing market analyses. Assist in delivering information to customers through presentations and reports, collaborating with various NielsenIQ departments. Throughout your internship, you will engage in ongoing training, acquiring new skills and knowledge that will prepare you for future roles within or outside NielsenIQ. Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Information Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Portuguese native and strong command of English. Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Excellent analytical skills. Responsible and reliable. Enjoys teamwork and has strong interpersonal skills.
