Job Profile: Lead Product Designer I Location: Bengaluru- [Onsite] Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Team Details and Job Summary: As a Lead Product Designer for CREW, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact projects, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable internal systems. About the role: The Lead Product Designer I will be responsible for driving specific B2C charters and mentoring junior designers working with them on the charter. They have to carry out user immersions, incorporate insights into their projects, architect frameworks for the features/products they are in charge of, and be a bar raiser for craft and final outputs.
