Junior UX Requirements Specialist

Ubisoft is looking for a Junior QC Specialist to join our UX Requirements Team in Kyiv. You will operate across multiple gaming platforms, support production teams in resolving bugs, and play a key role in implementing user experience-related features. Please note, that position is office-based in Kyiv. Responsibilities Execute epilepsy, sound, and input lag tests, using dedicated software and hardware, and verify that all Ubisoft titles are compliant with the guidelines; Operate multiple platforms (PC, Luna, X1, PS4, XsX, PS5, NX); Support production teams in fixing bugs and implementing UXR related features of the game; Investigate, reproduce, report and track UXR issues on the projects Manage projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests, raising project risks, ensuring proper test coverage); Work closely with the team and different project stakeholders (production, QC etc.) providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality, providing visibility, and obtaining required information; Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs. Job requirements: Strong motivation to work and develop in the video game industry; Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written); Good knowledge and understanding of testing theory Strong interest in, and genuine passion for video games Good knowledge of PC and console hardware Good troubleshooting skills; Solid understanding of gated project management workflows; Experience working with issue and project tracking systems (for example: JIRA); Strong communication (ability to develop and sustain a professional network) and problem-solving skills; Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills; Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player; Proactivity and ability to multitask; Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations; Openness to change and self-improvement; Would be a plus: Hands-on experience with several gaming platforms; Experience with multiple projects; Experience in coordinating tasks; Involvement in test case creation/adjustment; Any sound-related background; Any experience with epilepsy tests.
