Jr Analyst - Insights

Maintain clear, professional communication to ensure alignment on deliverables. Present insights and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders when required. Extract, analyze, and interpret data using NIQ Discover and other internal tools. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve brand health and customer experience. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Build compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate findings. Ensure deliverables meet internal standards for clarity, accuracy, and relevance. Support storytelling through structured narratives and data visualizations. Assist in onboarding and training internal clients on tools and services. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and internal strategic projects. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Up to 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail, Tech & Durables, or related analytical roles. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Excel; experience with NIQ Discover is a strong plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a multicultural, virtual environment. Fluent English communication (B2/C1). Additional Capabilities Basic understanding of the briefing process. Ability to build category overview analyses. Use Discover templates and Analytical Frameworks effectively. Support Senior Analysts in addressing Business Issue Analysis (BIA). Apply AI tools to proofread and paraphrase headings for clarity and consistency.
