The Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) is a program for new graduates designed to jumpstart high-impact careers in finance. Through structured rotations across key finance functions , participants gain hands-on experience with continuous mentorship and targeted training to develop strategic, technical, and leadership skills We’re seeking finance-focused AI innovators —candidates eager to apply artificial intelligence to improve workflows, uncover insights, and drive innovation across the enterprise in a rapidly changing landscape. The program includes an immersive AI Accelerator initiative, where participants collaborate on business challenges using AI to drive innovation throughout the finance rotations. Rotations are available across multiple business functions and may include: Financial Planning & Analysis Finance Product & Analytics Go-To-Market Finance Treasury Corporate Accounting & Financial Services Global Business Services Qualifications Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
